Dell PowerEdge M910 Servers

Ideal for virtualization workload consolidation, core applications, heavy virtualization and more, the Dell PowerEdge M910 is a four-socket, full-height powerhouse that offers an excellent blend of performance, reliability and scalability in a high-density form factor. Since it does come configured in such a dense form factor, the Dell M910 blade server is able to both optimize your enterprise IT environment and reduce your total operating expenses. Equipped with up to four, 6, 8 or 10-core Intel Xeon 7500 or 6500 series processors, Dell M910 servers are capable of automatically monitoring, reporting and recovering hardware errors – basically stalking the heck out of your server to ensure that your IT environment’s data integrity remains intact. Also offering up to 512 Gigabytes (GB) of Double Data Rate 3 (DDR3) Random Access Memory (RAM), the form factor of the Dell M910 allows up to eight blades to fit within one 10U enclosure.

Dell PowerEdge M910 servers don’t only offer dense computing power, but cutting edge technology as well – basically, these things are packing all kinds of heat. For instance, Dell M910 servers are embedded with FlexMem Bridge technology, which allows M910 blade servers to seamlessly scale from a minimum of 4GB to a maximum of 512GB of DDR3 memory in either two-socket or four-socket configurations. When configured with a Dell M1000e blade enclosure, Dell Power Edge M910 servers are able to offer exceptional availability due to the enclosure’s redundant power supplies as well as its redundant cooling and networking infrastructure. Another element that adds further redundancy to Dell M910 servers is their high level of I/O connectivity, which enables these particular Dell blade servers to work exceptionally well in virtual environments. In fact, Dell PE M910 servers offer multiple virtualization options including Microsoft and VMware vSphere.
