HP Qlogic InfiniBand 4X QDR Switch Module for c-Class BladeSystem

Specifically engineered to work with HP BladeSystem c3000 and c7000 blade enclosures, the HP BladeSystem Storage Area Network (SAN) interconnect family includes Fibre Channel (FC) interconnects and Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interconnects. SAN interconnects function to allow the blade enclosures and the HP ProLiant and HP Integrity servers they house to communicate to external storage drives/shelves. One way HP SAN interconnects is by providing external ports that can accept either short wave or long wave SFP optical transceivers.
