Configured in a highly-dense 2U form factor, IBM System x3650 M4 rack servers can be filled to capacity with two 2, 4, 6 or 8-core Intel Xeon E5-2600 processors, and either 16 SFF hard disk drives (HDDs), 6 LFF HDDs or 32 Solid State Drives (SSDs).This allows IBM x3650 M4 servers to feature a maximum internal storage capacity of 16TB with the SFF model or 18TB with the LFF model. IBM x3650 M4 rack servers are also equipped with 24 DIMM slots for up to 768GB of maximum memory capacity with a choice of UDIMM, RDIMM, LRDIMM or HCDIMM memory. The processing power, as well as the storage and memory capacity, of the x3650 M4 makes it ideal for the critical and intensive applications of enterprise datacenters.
